Spring
During the spring, anglers can target various fish species, including walleye, northern pike, largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, crappie, white bass, bluegill, and saugeye. Spring is particularly popular for walleye fishing in Lake Erie.
In the summer, anglers can continue pursuing walleye, bass (both largemouth and smallmouth), crappie, bluegill, white bass, and other panfish species. Some anglers also target channel catfish and flathead catfish during this season.

Fall offers opportunities for fishing various species, including walleye, largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, crappie, white bass, bluegill, and saugeye. Additionally, anglers may target steelhead trout, as they begin their annual spawning runs in Lake Erie tributaries.
While we don't currently offer ice fishing, the rivers and streams in Ohio do offer some great winter fishing opportunities. Popular species targeted during this season include steelhead, musky, pike, walleye, and various species of trout (rainbow trout, brown trout).
